To answer your main question. No. Except for specialized services such as Pig Out, which I understand has a new owner? We use La Comer delivery---and it's great--but it's all in Spanish.

La Comer (and Walmart) say they offer grocery pick but I can't figure out how to go through and pick out items and place an order for pick up. We will be doing a grocery stop on the way from airport to resort, and this would definitely be a time/money saver. I like to do my own shopping, so please don't suggest an expensive grocery service.

You have to wear a mask, have your temp taken and sanitize your hands. They enforce it.. harshly. I agree with the above post... ask where staying and they’ll advise you.
