I wish I had a couple of hours to spend here and hope I find myself back in this part of the country again. The displays are informative and engaging - and cover everything from the native Americans to Baxter Springs history as Cowtown, to the civil war, to an historic bank front, fully intact historic classroom, and marvelous military exhibits.
