They are the Official Visitor Center for Orlando and sell discounted tickets to most everything in the area. Currently they have a special on US tickets, buy the 2-day and third day is free. Works out to be $40.00 per day verses $94.79 daily at the gate. Not sure how many days you plan to go to WDW, there is a 4-day ticket with 5th day free.
The nearest Costco to my knowledge is out near Gatorland off the Orange Blossom Trail. The address is 2101 Waterbridge Blvd Orlando, FL 32837-9283 (407) 393-1000.
