Has anyone rented a car recently from Buget Car Rental location at the Las Vegas AIrport Rental Center.. They have the best rates but reviews are just so bad. I'm thinking to make a second reservation with another rental company in case i get there and the budget line is crazy long or they try tacking on additonal fees as others have posted in reviews.
To answer the OP, Id choose Avis. as mentioned same company but Budget is their "budget" brand and Payless is their ultra budget brand. I only will rent from Avis, NAtional or Hetrz and am a part of each preferred memeber of each which allows me to g ostright to my car as detailed above. Reply.

I have only rented with Budget once in Vegas out of more than a half dozen rentals and it was my least satisfactory car rental experience. At the rental desk, the paperwork portion seemed to take an extra long time with all the 'hard sell'.
Answer 11 of 11: We plan to hire a small SUV with Costco. Our options are Avis and Budget based on the rental prices. Which company would you recommend? We are picking up the car around downtown area. Any specific rental office to recommend? I read many bad reviews...
Agree with #1, outside of one experience we encountered at an off-airport Budget site in Vegas ( the facility on Tropicana across from the Orleans).We were just unfortunate to encounter a particular rep agent that day..who just didn't seem to care.
Hello -- we got a great rate on Expedia for a convertible with Budget and now that I have read the horrible reviews of the Las Vegas location I am pretty nervous -- I read that they pressure you to take their insurance -- we are fully covered we have rental coverage in our normal car insurance -- I even purchased the Expedia insurance for $80 just to play it safe -- not interested in any ...
