The network of the means of transport is quite dense and they run very frequently (metro every 5 minutes). When you are over 70 years old the public transport in Prague is completely free. Just jump on a bus, a tram or take the metro without buying a ticket. Carry your passport to prove your age in case their is a checking of the tickets.
Re: Any clubs that play 70s and 80s music for "older" folks? 9 years ago. I'd recommend Culture Club, plays all the old disco and 80s classics, a pretty awesome dance floor too. The cover charge on the door was around $25 on a Sat night so that might put some off. Pretty sure it's only open Fri and Sat nights tho.
