   I think Priceline has gotten away from their original sales model. They used to mainly offer blind bidding for potential steep discounts. When I looked at Priceline recently for a car rental their prices were comparable to booking through any other third party or booking direct and most of the listings named the rental car company.

Since Priceline cannot guarantee car seats or booster seats, and they are obviously a requirement for some people, I would suggest not using Priceline if you are in that situation. ktown.
