Station 2 is the busiest, people walking, mall, restaurants, (think boardwalk but people walk on the sand) etc. Station 3 is laid back, less people, very few restaurants, etc. Station 1 is not as busy, but this is where the higher end hotels are. It boils down to your expectations.
