The horror started with the car rental company in Texas. rental car company E-Z car rental aka Advantage Car Rental did not go as well. Could not find where to review rental care companies. The customer service rep Christina at the counter used hard care preying on fear tactics to purchase the extra car insurance.
We then had to wait in a customer service line for two hours to get rebooked to a flight next day which cancelled all our plans.
