In the back seat pocket on the flight there was always a cool coupon book for stuff like a free shrimp cocktail at the Westward Ho, among other coupons for free stuff. Always free key chains, and decks of cards.
It depends on what you want the coupons for. We generally buy a book (ACG) because the coupons are for 2/1 buffets, free slot play, matchplays and other things too. I have found coupons in publications provided in the rooms, in taxi cabs, and also, checking on line will get you a lot of free coupons too.

I buy the online membership to LVA for $37 every year and using the Palms coupon for 50% off up to $50 pays for the entire membership plus. I also like the buffet coupons.
