10 years ago. You can't cancel an MLife reservation online. Unless you somehow get them to cancel it via email, which I doubt, you are going to have to call VIP Services of the hotel your reservation was made with. You can call the main reservations number and ask to be transferred to VIP Services.

I didn't have an account with MLife until I arrived in Vegas and I redeemed MyVegas rewards with no problem. If they find two accounts, just ask them if you can merge them or delete the old one.
