The bus works very well if you are going to downtown Halifax. Or from the Dartmouth or Halifax stops you can take a taxi, Uber or transit to where you are staying.

But there is construction now in that area of downtown so you would need to ask the bus driver how to get to the hotel. You may want an Uber. Both the stopping place for the bus and the hotel entrance are changed temporarily.
