Answer 1 of 3: I am coming to the end of the number of pages left in my passport. Sri Lanka is my second to last destination before I can go home and renew my passport. Unfortunately its a UK Passport so apparently can't get more pages in and can't renew...
According to TIMATIC the answer is "yes". Nationals of Sri Lanka holding dual citizenship could travel with a valid Canadian P/P, Dual Citizenship Certificate and an expired Sri Lanka P/P. BTW TIMATIC does not show that a Sri Lanka dual citizenship certificate is acceptable.
