   Fox doesn't have a great reputation on TA. If you are OK with renting off airport, look at the major car rental agencies that have agencies in downtown SLC....Avis, Hertz and Enterprise. Also, if you are a member of Costco, you can usually get a pretty good deal renting thru them. Edited: 5 years ago.
