Here is my experience: WARNING: Vio.com are scammers. In addition to stealing your money via fraudulent travel practices, they will spend a huge amount of time and effort trying to remove legitimate reviews from this and other sites, in order to hide their fraudulent behavior. I booked a room with them in Cancun.

Should have realized there's something suspicious about it, but I guess I got greedy and ended up paying for it through the nose.
1 review. 9. Re: Don't use trainline app *scam alert*. Aug 17, 2023, 9:51 PM. Save. Trainline itself is not a scam, but it hosts ads that are. I tried to book a train return ticket via them in August 2023, and after entering the outbound journey, 'Continue' was there and I clicked on it.
It probably is a legit (i.e. legal) company but that doesn't make it a good idea to use. Airfares are rarely "live" and when you try to book, you are sent an email requesting more money for the higher fare. If you try to cancel, you will get your money back months later, if at all.
I received a letter offering 2 roundtrip air tickets (American, delta, united are listed) and 2 free nights in a Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt property. It sounds like a scam or time share presentation but for free tickets and hotel I might be interested in sitting through the presentation.

I called an agent named Lemar to get ticket to travel with my three kids, 2 of them where less than 2years of age and the other one was 4years old. Lamar gave me a quote and I paid. When I got to the airport, United refused to let us board.
