I’ve been using Google My Places to create a map for our trip and have saved over 54 places so far. If I tried to ask for driving directions I'd probably hear sizzling sounds from the computer. Google Maps is fine, but you do need to get the spelling of the place names right or it might send you somewhere completely different ! Just remember that it only attempts to give drive times & cannot include rest /photo/toilet/coffee stops. We do recommend a driver reviver every 2hr so if GM says 5hr, expect to take more than 6 hr.
