For the current trip, I got quotes from both of these companies and also this time from Allianz. In the quote I received, Allianz provides better benefits for less money.

My travel companion had AAA travel insurance. His AAA insurance paid the price difference between the flights. GoReady did not stating the flight eventually left on time and I suppose they thought I should ignore the advice of the airline. I would avoid this insurance company at all costs.

I book my own travel and only have gotten AAA discounts in the USA at large chain hotels. When I go to Europe I use smaller local hotels or B&Bs to get more of the local flavor.
