Their BBB rating is A+, 20 years in business and underwritten by Nationwide. Based on this, and the coverage they offered, we bought a policy for our 8 day trip in October.

There had been a lot of discussion related to travel insurance. Even if it's no longer mandatory, some travelers are still interested in coverage. Trawick (Nationwide) had been recommended frequently, mostly based on low cost and ease of purchase. I don't remember hearing from anyone who successfully filed a claim, though.
