    There's also a Target at Atlantic Terminal in Brooklyn.It's a pretty large two-floor location. The M, N, Q, R, W, 2, 3, 4 and 5 subway lines, plus the Long Island Rail Road, are all accessible at Atlantic Terminal, and there are a few bus lines (I know the B67, B41 and B63, but maybe more) are a couple of blocks away.

As stated, the Harlem Target is really the only one worth your while in Manhattan. The others, despite being 2 floors, are smaller, organized oddly, and inconsistently stocked.
