I only found out by calling the reservations number to check because of previous problems, then get charged an extra $40 for having to make the booking on the phone. No apologies or anything . Their App has the same problems with confirming the last step but does work better than the website.
Re: Can't get into TripAdvisor website/Browser problems. You should be able to open up the folder that contains the cookies on Safari and delete just the TripAdvisor cookie (s). However I personally use Safari so I dont know the instructions on how to do that. But I'm sure it's possible.

Trying to do online check-in, but Lufthansa keeps giving me this message: "Dear Passenger, a visa or Resident Permit is needed by you to travel to Germany".
