Avis Car Rental. Bus took 30+ minutes to pick us up at terminal. It was over packed to get to the car lot. Then the exit gates were blocked by 2 different cars that the attendant couldnt figure how to check out. I've used Avis in the past- small satellite office and great vehicle and customer service. Used Enterprise MANY times and was my top pick- also a smallish satellite office- and the last 2 rentals have been from Budget. Great experience once, 2nd time, not so much BUT it was dealing with the big airport office at night.
We're going to be renting a car at Bozeman airport. The reviews for Hertz, Avis, and Budget seem to indicate some customer service issues and/or car issues (damaged/faulty cars ). Enterprise seems to fare better but is more expensive. You know how reviews can be - mostly the bad experiences post.

The cars exterior was not washed and the interior needed vacuuming. No one at the counter could help me and they referred me to customer service. I did not get reimburse for the cost and replacement for the new cabin filter. As a National Car Executive member I thought I would give Avis a shot. I made a mistake. The counter staff was slow.
