14 years ago. I'll let the Vegas locals tell you where they think is the best value. In terms of my own experience there's not a great deal of difference between Vons and Albertsons (the two main supermarket chains in town). Yes you'll pay sales tax. It's 8.1% in Clark County.
15 years ago. Whole Foods or Vons are the two closest grocery stores. Whole foods is about 2 miles south of Excalibur at Town Square. Vons is about 2 miles East of Excalibur at Trop/Maryland. Report inappropriate content.
4. Re: Grocery stores near the strip? 17 years ago. There's also an Albertsons east of the strip on Flamingo on the left side of the street around Maryland Parkway. There's also a Target across the street. You'll need a car to get to either this or the Vons that VHB mentioned.
10 years ago. It's not an odd question, it's one that's asked weekly if not more often. :) The Strip is miles long so without knowing where you're staying I'll just suggest using Google maps. Go to google.com, select "maps" and enter the name of your hotel. Then use the "search nearby" link to find a grocery store.
