My PC Mastercard was the one that refused to refund me when they cancelled my trip I booked two weeks before COVID! They had me on hold forever and were horrible to deal with. I had to wait a long time and got the refund through my travel agent/Trip Advisor. I refused to use that card anymore. Note to self...meant to actually cancel it.
