So I guess I'm quite sympathetic to what you're suggesting - but which of the two suggestions might work best? I guess I would favour your second suggestion -- leave the two forums intact, but TA could definitely 'flag' the fact that the "Get Help Forum" exists much more than at present, and more strongly-encourage it's use.
