ABSOLUTE Worst customer service I have ever experienced. RUDE SARCASTIC UNKMEPT Millennial twit! We had a reservation for weeks. Got to the counter in a great mood. Met with a young and sloppy young person ( I won't call him a man because he was not in the least) Inarticulate dark dirty haired fast talking know it all was who we dealt with.
On a different note, I rented a Hertz for 3 weeks, had an issue and tried numerous ways to contact Hertz. Emails, Facebook, direct to rental/return locations, even phone (apart from the emergency number). Now a month later and STILL waiting to hear from Hertz. Hertz customer service is non-existent in Europe.
Hertz Car Rental - Denver Airport. 1 year ago. Over 50 people waiting in the Denver Hertz Rental lobby. We waited for over 2 hours and finally called an Uber. Sadly they had many cars in the lot but they were considered upgrades and price gauging customers if they wanted a car. I had a full size reserved on a corporate account (business trip).

Hertz charged me over $102 to fill up a tank of gas, after I not only filled it up in Vero Beach for $34 one time in the morning, but when I got to the airport in West Palm Beach, at the airport, I topped off the tank for another $9. They sent a letter to my home and charged my card. No one will answer their phones and I sent a letter ...
