We just arrived yesterday and I showed only hard copies of the Aruba ED green check/QR code page and the Walgreens/PWN actual lab result. I had no sticker. The CVS PCR Swab test is approved. I’m exploring two more options today. Passport Health is very geared for testing travelers and American Family Clinics offers the test. Need to confirm AFC offers the correct paperwork.
Tested at Walgreens 2 days ago and their machines broke after we tested so lab results could not be sent to the lab. Tested negative and picked up a hard copy of our ID NOW. Apparently travelers to Hawaii can’t use the hard copy to enter. Anyone had a problem arriving in Aruba with a hard copy, not electronic PWN Lab result?

At Walgreens you want to use the ID NOW test - it is a rapid molecular test (NAAT) that is like a PCR and can be used 72 hours before your flight. Those come back in hours, but they say no more than 24 hours. They test them right on site at the pharmacy.
I’ve used worksite labs in Las Vegas got my results back that evening. It wasn’t drive through it’s in the Downtown area. I also used an Uber in another city. I booked it as a round trip with a stop.
