Unfortunately an otherwise great experience ended on a very sour note due to a very unpleasant experience with Thrifty/Dollar Car Rental at the airport.

   Thrifty Car Rental: Stood in line for almost 2 hours at the Orlando airport on April 8th and received terrible customer service. Looked at my credit card statement when I was home and they over charged me almost $200, for some kind of insurance I declined.

   Folks - stay away from Thrifts and its parent company, Hertz. They use unethical business practices to get you to buy extremely overpriced and unnecessary insurance policies without your consent, and then ignore you when you complain. Choose another, more customer friendly company if you need to rent a car.
