As you're passing by Atlanta, you can see this water tower from I-55. The tower has a smiley face painted on it, which is well done albeit in need of some clean-up and repainting. It's a fun sight to see, but nothing much to it beyond it being a painted water tower. Bigger draw to the water tower is that it's part of the historic Route 66 path.
