Why do I have to call back customer service when they logged a call with tech support. In what planet does that even make sense. I am stuck with this horrible SIM now and I am seriously thinking of getting an O2 SIM now even though I have already given everyone my Lebara number.

Lebara mobile might seem attractive, but they are a nightmare to deal with - especially if you're travelling from overseas into the UK. I bought a Lebara SIM because I had used Lebara in Spain, and it was very easy. But, in the UK, it chewed up all my credit in just a few days.
If I call France from the USA on my T Mobile phone, the charge is $2 per minute. If I call the USA from France on my Free.fr phone, the call is free. The T Mobile monthly charge for unlimited voice/data is $50 (and that´s the cheapest I have found). My Free.fr mobile with free calls to 100 countries and unlimited voice/data is 16€ a month.
