If you wanted to see all flights on one page then use Google flights and then use their redirects to the actual airline site.

OP, at the very best, you will have insinuated an additional layer if T&C's, between yourself, and the airlines. the 3rd party agent is then the airline's client, and not you. You are the client of that 3rd party agent. If all goes perfectly, no harm, no foul.
Depends on the third party. A well established proper travel agent may well help you do it, or provide with the direct login to do so. A low end crappy third party online booker may hold the required information to be able to charge you for doing the work - adding their fees to the baggage fees.
