Additionally, area codes 822, 880 through 887, and 889 are reserved for toll-free use in the future. 811 is excluded because it is a special dialing code in the group NXX for various other purposes.

1. Re: Hertz Boston - cashless tolls without transponder. 2 years ago. Hertz will add on administrative fees for each toll that are much higher than the tolls themselves. This will take a while since Hertz will be billed periodically by the Toll Authorities and then they have to bill you. It won't be instantaneous.
