And I also joined the Emerald Club (via a link on fatwallet) and now I won't have to stand in line either.
I reserved a car on line and called their offices to make sure all would go smoothly and no hidden costs. When I arrived at the rental car service desk my $174 week rental and $88 'insurance" purchase I was told "was not enough for the requirement". So Payless was going to require and charge me $425 for "their required" insurance.
