I did a dummy reservation, and somewhere along the process, where Costco asks for "Renter's Detail", there is a slot where you enter Budget Fastbreak number. Maybe if you have already made the reservation, go back to edit "Renter's Detail" and enter your Fastbreak number.
Answer 1 of 9: I am meeting my parents in Maui this spring to have our first family vacation in 20+ years. I arrive the day before them to get things situated and comfy for them, and I'll be leaving a few days after them.
If you go through the Costco website you do need a member number to make a reservation now. It wasn't like that a couple years ago but I think the rental companies got upset at so many non-members reserving through their site so they changed it.
While there is no age limit to rent a car through the Costco program, customers under the age of 25 will pay an underage driver fee that can vary and that could offset the Costco member discount ...
1. Re: Booking car rental through Costco. 4 years ago. The way I have done it:: Alamo has "Skip the counter option". Become a loyalty member with Alamo. Rent through Costco. Take the Costco/Alamo confirmation #, go to the Alamo site using your loyalty number. Look up your reservation with the # .
Call the toll free number listed and follow the prompts, it will connect you directly to the car rental agency and you can cancel. If you lost the email, as long as you remember which car rental it was with and dates of rental you can call them through the Costco travel toll free number and they can search their system to cancel the reservation ...

We have a car booked for Maui and Oahu. Mostly looking to change in Oahu ..has cheaper rates through Costco but through Alamo and enterprise.
10. Re: Car rental through Costco by non-member. 10 years ago. Costco changed their procedure a couple years ago to require the Costco member number in order to make a reservation. Prior to that, pretty much anyone could book using their codes and the rental companies rarely asked to see the Costco membership card.
