There doesn't seem to be a reason to put home address. I don't want to give away too much personal information to nosy and/or nefarious people.

Its sensible to have your name and contact mobile number on the tag, along with contact details inside your bag. Last year may case was taken by mistake, with identical case left on carousel. Had there been a tag with contact number, I could have possibly contacted the other person before they left airport.
