10. Re: Hotels.com Very Dishonest - Fraudulent Use of my Gift Card. Sometimes a mistake or technical glitch is exactly that. While I don't disagree that Hotels.com could do better investigating, it's simply too much of a leap to conclude that it's a deliberate act by an individual employee or a group of employees.
