After racking up over 50,000 points with MBNA credit card, but then keeping them as an "emergency" backup credit card I wanted to cash in points for a trip. Called in and told was down to 4,500 points. They slashed the points each month without so much as a "by the way". No option to cash them in and I am not at all happy.

I knew it would not be accepted in Cuba being from an American bank but the other positives out wieghed that. I found out however that TD bought out the Canadian Credit card business from MBNA.
