One amenity was free paid membership - basic level for a year. Representative called me last week-- for a "discounted" fee of $5000-- I can get extra benefits as a platinum member. (regular platinum rate is a one time fee of $6000) Representative will call me tomorrow- having said I can take or leave the offer of the discounted platinum membership.
