They did not honor the contract so we contacted Florida Dept. of Agricultural and Consumer Services (850-410-3764), Seniors versus Crime (352-249-9139), Federal Trade Commission (877-382-4357) and the Better Business Bureau. It took almost 2 months but we did get a full refund.
