Try to get "A" boarding pass so you can be nearer the front of the plane. Report inappropriate content.
The main terminal has two halves. Terminal east will be Southwest ticketing & baggage claim. Terminal west will be British Airways ticketing & baggage claim. If you have luggage to grab the fight attendant should be able to tell you what east baggage carousel. If not the monitor in baggage claim will tell you.
