I just booked with Alamo-using contract id 299851. This apparantly is their "vroom broom limited" coupon. It looks like it includes a lot of the fees and taxes, so my price ended up beating my current Dollar reservation, and we're getting a biggr car, and a full tank of gas.
Hello, we saw this post today and as we were looking to rent a car for early feb 2013 i checked it out, went to alamo site used the contract id number and ended up getting a standard rental (chrysler 200, 4 door, unlimited miles ) for about 230.00. This is for a mon pick-up and sat return to mco.

Some of these don't work with every combination of Coupon Code but they do work. They also at times include the taxes & such so keep checking.
The reservation needs to have Alamo Insiders listed as Contract ID to get the free driver, my Contract ID was Sun Promo however my Insiders member # is listed below my name. What a bunch of BS JUNK! Thankfully I had not cancelled my Discount Hawaii Car Rental (free spouse driver) reservation with Enterprise, $283.75.

1. Re: Any good discount codes for Alamo Car Rental. Alamo a partner with Costco. If you are a Costco member book the car thru Costco travel. You get a minimum of 25% off any rate Alamo.com can offer. My deal was 25% off and $40 since I'm renting for 10+ days.
