I just googled it for you and it appears it says it's only for the USA on the back. I'd take a close look at one in a store. If you don't see that statement, I'd jot down the Customer Service number and call before you buy one. As an alternative, you could just give them cash and explain why the VISA card idea doesn't work.
Hi Amber, We need a valid credit card to reserve a room. The name on the card must match the photo identification at check in. However, you can pay with a Visa gift card upon arrival at the hotel or at check out, but know the credit card with your name on it will be authorized for your stay if you choose to pay at check out.
