   Depends on the company and the terms of the rental. Under some there is a 'drop off' fee, which can be as high as $125. Others no fee, but the weekly rate is higher. Most of the large companies [I use Hertz] have free drop-off within the state of FL and I do it often. The low priced folks may well have the drop-off fee.

Considering using fox rental cars as the mini van would be about $310 for 9 days (pick up in Tampa, return to Orlando ).....compared to like $900 with all the other companies.
