Technology is such that direct links from rental companies are imbedded in OTA, airline & other rental booking channels so you don’t book a rental car when a location is closed.

   Dec 28, 2023, 5:09 PM. I had a bad experience with them. The car had half a tank of gas in it. I returned the car with 3/4 of a tank but they charged me $52 because they state it was full when I picked it up. The girl that returned my call when I disputed the charge was hostile and very rude.

   9 years ago. I just rented from Fox rental car in Denver and never will again. The customer service rep I had was extremely rude. When we said we didn't want any extras they shoved the keys toward us an sent us on our way. When we got the car it was filthy to where you couldn't even look out of the window.
