We did reserve a Jeep Grand Cherokee car with FOX using Booking.com and at the time of reservation we selected Full Protection with Booking.com.

So after some “bullcrap” spiel the folks at Fox precede to send me to Thrifty, where I get to pay almost double for my vehicle and when I return the car, I have to jump through several hoops and then in “15 days” Fox will reimburse me for the difference in cars. So I walk down to Thrifty, very angry…and by now it is 1:00 a.m.
