I did a dummy reservation, and somewhere along the process, where Costco asks for "Renter's Detail", there is a slot where you enter Budget Fastbreak number. Maybe if you have already made the reservation, go back to edit "Renter's Detail" and enter your Fastbreak number.
3) When the next page appears, enter your Budget confirmation number & last name, 4) The next page you will see will be "you're done! your car is reserved! Look to the right and find "change this reservation and click, 5) The next page will be titled "change reservation". Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll see "personal information".

There is a place on the Costco website for you to enter your Fastbreak number. If you do that when making your reservation, your reservation will also show up when you log in to your Budget account.

1. Make new reservations directly with the hotel you want..... 2. Contact your credit card company and explain that you have only that one hotel to be charged to your card and no others for that date..... 3. Print out your confirmation and take it with you when you travel....
Budget's weekly rates are for 5-7 days, so you could potentially pay more if you returned it after 4 days and 23 hours. You can also change your rental while you have the car out over the phone at 800-218-7992. There's an option for changing an active reservation.

I will keep checking, but so far I think it is the best deal. $480, intermediate car, 11 days. Question, if we sign up for Budget Fastbreak, will that sync with Costco ...
"On the Avis.com homepage, select the View/Modify/Cancel link from the Reservations tab at the top of the page. Enter your Last Name and your Reservation Confirmation Number and click the Find Reservation button. On the next page, select the link listed next to your found reservation to either View, Modify, or Cancel.
