On the lower level they have a board with your name and spot number for the vehicle on the deck where the cars are. You do have to see the counter to pay for the rental. 5.

Most of the time with Avis Preferred there will be a board with names on it, if your name is there with a stall numbers, you just go to the stall, check out your car for damage, get in, go to the exit and give them your license and paperwork and you are on your way.

   Budget vs Avis vs Alamo. I am using Discount Hawaii Car Rental to book a jeep for my honeymoon in August. We are staying 10 nights and getting the best price from Budget ($687) but I have read some bad reviews about them. For an extra $160 we can get a similar car from Avis and an extra $300 we can do Alamo.
