Any phone you buy at CW will automatically be unlocked and you could buy a French SIM with an appropriate amount of credit when you get to Paris.

    Or you can purchase a per day roaming add on from ATT, $10 a day IIRC. You could purchase a UK SIM and buy. 1 month plan for approximately £10-15, $12-18. You can get GiffGaff.com to send a UK directly to you at your USA address. You may have to ask ATT to unlock your phones, real easy I’ve done it a few times but not iPhones.

I used my T-Mobile plan for my first several months in France before I switched to a local plan. Report inappropriate content.
