I changed the dates of my travel by 3 weeks and paid separately again for the new booking with Expedia ( Big mistake by me) I understand the frustration everyone has dealing with Expedia if it is anything like mine. I have contacted them by phone, email, on their F acebook a/c but still haven't received the money in my account....over $4000.
Since I do not know what Expedia's answer to this dilemma would be, it is hard to weigh my options. Like the OP and others, I am curious how one gets Expedia's attention other than being on the phone for hours trying to get through. They apparently do not have an email option, and the Chat feature has proven to be useless.

Ten weeks after my cancellation, Expedia sent me an email stating that they had processed my refund but it would take from 8 to 10 weeks for the amount to appear on my credit card statement. When I queried that on the basis that my bank confirms a delay of only a day, Expedia again blames this on the airline's policy.
