I think the Urban Room is a standard guest room. That room worked fine for 2 of us as we didn't spend a lot of time in it other than sleeping. It was not too small. Plenty of room for two to move around, even had a couch, which I think was a sofa bed. If you have small children, I think you could fit up to 2, no problem.
