Get off at the first stop which is 15/16th St aka City Hall. Look for signs leading you to the Broad Street Subway Southbound.
Going from 30th St. station to citizens Bank Park is easy. Take the Market Frankfort L which is across the street from the Amtrak terminal one stop East and get off at City Hall. With a free transfer. Take the Broad Street subway south until it ends at AT&T Stadium It is about a quarter of a mile walk from there.

If you are taking AMTRAK to 30th Street Station, you need to make your way to the Broad Street Subway (Orange Line).
On your return trip from AT&T Station on the Broad Street (Orange) Line, get off at City Hall Station for the free transfer to the Market Frankford (Blue Line).
