It sounds like you went through the new e-gate when you entered Mexico, so you got a "receipt" after scanning your passport. That receipt has the QR code to access the Immigration website to get an electronic FMM, BUT so far no one has reported that the eFMM has been required to leave Mexico.
Filled out form with arrival date within two days. Received code. Attempted to complete form but my arrival date had been pre-filled two days before arrival. There is no way to correct arrival date! Site says cant get QR after arrival date (which I am unable to change). Will try again day before travel!
Re: Spanish health form QR Code. 2 years ago. Not quite. First your vaccination cert or recovery cert must be an EU or EU equivalent one. So, for example if you are travelling from the USA or Canada, yes you do need to complete the form. Ditto if entering as a 12-17 year old with a PCR test. So to get around the poster’s problem.

Hi! I downloaded and printed off the entire form when my wife went to Spain last month - she's not tech savvy!. When we go to Benidorm in December I shall download the entire form and store it on my phone.
